A dangerous incident has taken place in Bengaluru where a young woman stole a house where she used to live. The current owner of the house had written off property worth crores of rupees to her housekeeper. But she has now been jailed for stealing gold due to her online betting addiction. An FIR has been registered at the JP Nagar police station.

Bengaluru, October 30: She had come to the house as a caretaker. She had earned everyone's trust for 15 years. The owner, who valued her trust, had willed the house worth crores of rupees to the maid. An incident has taken place in the city where a young woman (girl) who did not value it stole gold from the safe for her online betting addiction. Currently, the JP Nagar police have arrested the accused Mangala. 450 grams of gold and 3 kg of silver worth Rs 50 lakhs have been seized from her possession.

15 years ago, Mangala came to the house of 58-year-old Asha Jadhav in JP Nagar as a caretaker. If she had done her job properly, she would have become the mistress of the same house. But online betting, parties, pubs, boyfriends are crazy. Crores of property have gone out of hand and she has come out on the streets. She is also accused of breaking trust.

The mistress who made a will of Rs 5 crores for the housekeeper

Asha Jadhav lived in JP Nagar with her husband and mother. The couple had property worth crores of crores and had no children. Her husband had died 25 years ago. Mangala had come to take care of her mother, who lived with her mother, 15 years ago.

She had come to work as a caretaker and had taken care of Asha Jadhav's ailing mother for 10 years. This made Asha Jadhav trust Mangala. She had taken care of her like her own daughter. He would take her to a different country to celebrate her birthday. Not only that, he had given a house in JP Nagar worth Rs 1.5 crore in Mangal's name. But the owner of her other house did not know about it.

Mangal was crazy about betting

Mangal, who was crazy about online betting, had spent all her money there. To the extent that she even sold the house. Not only that, she had also taken a loan of Rs 40 lakh by getting involved in online betting. Knowing everything, Asha had paid off the loan of Rs 40 lakh. Even though it was that, it did not matter. She had made a will for the house she currently owns, worth Rs 5 crore, in Mangal's name. But she had lost her money due to her bad habit.

Mangal did not understand Asha Jadhav's immense love and generosity. She also fell into an online betting addiction and decided to steal the gold ornaments in the house. She stole the gold from the cupboard using the original key and then threw the key in a deserted area so that no one would notice. For a few days, Asha kept quiet, thinking that the key was lost. When she opened the cupboard using a fake key to put gold in for Diwali, it came to light that 450 grams of gold and 3 kg of silver had been stolen.

Asha Jadhav had filed a complaint against unknown persons about the theft of gold. But the police suspected Mangal. Asha Jadhav never agreed to this. She was not like that, she had asked the police not to suspect her. But when the JP Nagar police checked Mangal's CDR, they found messages related to the gold being mortgaged. Mangal was immediately taken into custody and questioned, and she admitted the truth.

Even when they tried to arrest Mangala, Asha Jadhav had pleaded with the police that she had found the gold, let her live her life as a sinner. But the police, who had registered an FIR, arrested Mangala.

Dream shattered

Now that Asha Jadhav has revoked the will she had made in Mangala's name, her dream of finding a good boy and marrying him has been shattered. Mangala, who fell victim to online betting addiction, has dug a hole in her own future with her greed.
