Bengaluru: Woman Stabbed to Death Eight Times by Lover After Marriage Dispute

 A woman was stabbed 8 times and murdered in Bengaluru for demanding marriage. The incident, which took place at 9.30 pm on October 31, came to light late and the police arrested the accused. Meanwhile, a young man who was participating in the Rajyotsava procession in Belgaum was stabbed by miscreants.



Bengaluru, November 02: A woman was stabbed eight times and murdered in Bengaluru under the jurisdiction of K.G. Halli police station. Renuka is the deceased woman, and the incident, which took place at 9.30 pm on October 31, came to light late. The police have arrested the accused Ambedkar alias Kutty in connection with the case.


What was the incident?

Renuka was already married at that time and was estranged from her husband. Renuka, who was married with a child, was acquainted with Kutty, who worked as a banner printer in the same area. Later, the friendship turned into love, and Renuka insisted on marrying Kutty. She said that she did not want this kind of time-pass, love. Therefore, the accused, who called Renuka and said that he wanted to talk to her, stabbed her eight times with a knife near the Pillanna Garden BBMP School. Although Renuka was immediately admitted to the hospital by the locals, she died without treatment. The police, who have registered a case in this regard, have arrested the accused Kutty and are interrogating her.

An incident of a young man participating in the Rajyotsava procession being stabbed with a knife took place in Belgaum. Aditya Bendigeri of KK Koppa village, who was dancing during the procession, was stabbed by miscreants. The injured person has been admitted to BIMS Hospital in Belgaum and is receiving treatment. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Camp Police Station in Belgaum. During the Kannada Rajyotsava procession, miscreants had also stabbed five people near Chennamma Circle in Sadashivanagar, Belgaum and fled.
