ATM card fraud on the pretext of helping those who had come to withdraw cash took place at a
Canara Bank ATM in
Challakere,
Chitradurga district. The fraudster, who exchanged the ATM card in a moment after seeing the password, withdrew money from another ATM and escaped. The act of the fraudster changing the card at the ATM was captured on
CCTV and the video has gone viral.
